Did an urban fixy ride tonight, rolled from the Boulevard out to Iams Nature Center circling back with a brief tour of the Island Home neighborhood and Downtown. It was good therapy for a stressful day at work. Hour and a half without coasting, with all the stop signs and traffic lights 5 minutes may have been spent in various track stands.
